I bought a very expensive item and when I received it, it did not work, but it was described as working… when I messaged the seller, I also had to open up a return request through eBay, even though the seller didn’t accept returns they fully refund refunded me immediately and didn’t even require me to return the item.. the experience was terrible at first, but the seller did save it by quickly refunding me without hassling me at all
