It was an emergency since my Synology server was down and I use it in my business. The criticism is that if someone says that they are in So. California and they are in China that this is a case of soft fraud. And then to ship them from the EAST coast and then loose track of them is almost unforgivable. However, once I got them and put them in my drive trays they worked flawlessly.
