      I made the purchase on July 23rd, and the seller sent it on July 24th, and EVRI delivered it to me 10 days later, on August 3rd.I contacted the seller after 6 days to ask for an explanation, and I have not received any response. I received what I bought, with the exception that a 48-hour delivery service turned into 10 days. I bought a computer keyboard because mine broke, and I had to spend 10 days typing with a remote control. I will not buy anything from them again.

      I am sorry to hear your order arrived late, from time to time the delivery couriers do not meet their delivery promise for the service we pay for. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery couriers. We received no communication from the buyer before feedback so did not have a chance to help. If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist. Communication is the key to resolving any issues.
