    Don't buy from this company. I ordered a part but did not need it. I tried to cancel before part was shipped, and was told it was too late and I can start a return after I received package. I started a return and was DENIED, because they don accept electrical arts back..even if part is STILL NEW AND NEVER BEEN USED IN ITS OROGINAL PACKAGING! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

    I communicated with this customer as I do with any customer that has any sort of issue. I told the customer that if, in fact, the electrical part was in its sealed, unopened package, I would allow him to return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, he decided to write a negative review rather than return the part. We have had instances where people attempt to return used electrical parts in place of new ones and it feels as though this was one of those instances by the way the customer responded.
