Only bubblewrap and paper on sides & top. Nothing between or under except paper wadded under. Arrived with one of the figures cracked in two. Was able to push crack together, so not noticeable. Messaged the seller immediately with five photos. Never received a response. It was nonrefundable. Some compensation is due. I love the piece and would not want to return it.
