I know its Christmas time but it spent three days in the Boston area, moving closer by 20 miles per day... Parts are installed and my tractor easily starts in the cold, worry free. Let it snow... Hello Wayne, We are very sorry about this problem you're having. The tachometer could have been corrected if given the chance before leaving poor feedback that we didn't deserve. Sometimes the USPS tosses items like footballs causing item issues. We have sold 57 from this batch without an issue and clearly could have re sent another tach or even a refund.
