    Arrived well packaged and exactly as described. 2 things that do not affect the rating.. I would have liked a mention on whether my selection had the hard drive tray inside, only a short delay to find out myself.. and I wouldve considered it going the extra mile if my unit was cleaned when I received it. Mine had tape and residual glue fron stickers that I had to use a goo-gone stick (baking soda, oil, and citrus w/ fibrous tip).. i was able to get it off after a couple minutes. Otherwise great!
