    Item arrived on time but was assembled backwards so the slanted part was blocking the opens and got damaged in shipping. I contacted the vender with a picture showing the backwards assembly and they corrected the mistake by quickly shipping another ballast spreader that was assembled correctly. The 2nd one arrive VERY fast and I have used it to lay Ballast on the model train tracks already it works great. This is one of the few companies that has great support service.
