    I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I called USPS they said it has been delayed through the USPS. I gave you partial refund without you even asking for partial or full refund. I know it's delayed by the USPS. I called the USPS they said it's moving forward from there distribution center where it was lost. When I gave you partial refund, I also said you will receive your order too and I am adding partial refund to satisfy the delay which was a mistake from USPS. I can give you full refund,
