I have been with E-Bay for years and have never had an issue. I ordered a 9in Colonial piece and instead received a 4 in colonial ornament, for which I paid for a Colonial soldier.very disappointing. I will remember this seller name and never do business in the future

I became aware of my listing error from the negative feedback. I immediately tried to reach out to the Buyer and make it right including a full refund. I was shocked by their response, "It’s a done deal. To bad I was so looking forward to a 9in to go with my other Williamsburg pieces" I tried to make it right.
