After a week they finally sent a prepaid return label, now I’ll see how long it takes to get a refund. Communication with the seller was not good as it took a while to get a response from them. The item was or appears to be new but that was of no use since it was not for the vehicle I had purchased it for. All in all I am no happy with the purchase.
