The first time I ordered and did not get the product … they said it was lost but found and would get it out. They did not send. So I contacted again many times to get the story… and finally was told the shipping company had lost it (the customer rep for the company indicated they lost it but had found it). I asked for a manager to call but they said they could not. Very sorry you are frustrated but we did try to make every effort to satisfy you.
