These Precision M series drive caddies are ok for the price, but I had some fitment issues getting them into the machines. They had issues locking in the laptop (had to press hard on them and manually maneuver the switch to get it to set. When they did set, the face plate bowed slightly. I took one from another one of the same model laptop that came with the caddy, and it locked into the laptop fine and sat flush without issues. But they do the job.
