They assured me based on my measurements that the size I ordered, would fit but the dress was shipped, before that message got to me. It was too late at that point to insist on a size change. It is very snug so it will not be worn. It is very pretty . It's a shame because it came all the way from China and it is not cost effective to send it back. The shipping was very fast.
