After not receiving the item I opened a case. They reluctantly said they would send another(have yet to receive that) bit was made to feel I was lying. I then received a card from Royal Mail to collect a large letter as postage was underpaid. Had to travel 12 mile to get it and pay £1.50 for the privilege. Seller would not refund me the postage. Not a good show tbh. Would never use this seller again

Postage option opted for when making purchase was free large letter.
We do have a tracked option but you have to pay for that.
We weren't reluctant to send and sent out another after assuming it was lost, so now you have 2 items, we weigh all our items and send using ebay labels, all your messages to us have been threatening and abusive, but we have never said we wont refund for the extra postage, you have not asked.
Manners and politeness go a long way.
