Seller acknowledged that the carafe in the listing appears to be part of the sale. Seller refuses to ship the item even though I offered to pay extra postage. Now claims it should not have been part of the listing and some other excuse for not fulfilling the sale. Seller only offered refund. I'm not spending more money to not get what I bought.
