    The item I ordered was never shipped. When the estimated delivery date came and went I reached out to the seller to ask why it hadn't been shipped and got no response. I then requested a cancellation of the order (since they didn't ship my item, I should've been able to cancel) and they declined my request. Ebay got involved and processed my refund but after multiple attempts to contact the seller and communicate I was ignored and they made no effort to answer me, hence the negative feedback.
