    On 26 of August 2025, I received EPA Keratin in bad condition (shipment from USA to AUSTRALIA) set of ketarine product was in a simple bag and bag was open when they deliver. the bag products was cover from keratin product liquid. When I opened keratine 200ml round container. I scrolled lid and sealing was opened looks like somebody remove half of the product.Product was faulty, looks they delivered as a second hand keratine. I paid for new product not for second hand. Refund my money

    Hello, the products we sell are new, original, and came packaged that way from the factory. We don't know what happened during shipping, but we'll check. We didn't know the product was going to Australia because the shipping address listed a US address.
