They do not offer replacements. Prompt and thorough response to messages though. Not bad service, I guess it was just an overlooked issue. Normal human error I suppose. Thanks anyway. Bad Quality; Great Condition; Great Appearance but Bad Value. Now I don’t have a phone at all to use because my screen was broken on last phone so I cannot reconnect my sim. Need it for work!! Cost me!!
