I should not have been surprised. The seller asked me to put heavy objects to restore it. This did not work. They asked me to try again. I refused and asked for a replacement. To their credit they sent me one, and reasonably promptly, and it was well made and worth the price. After the delay I had hoped for an apology. I am not sure I would buy from them again.
