It wasn't as described (red, but not plus sized, more like small), and I had to fight to get them to do something about it. Unlike other ebay users, if they say they're going to resend it, they won't actually do that. It ended when I opened a case with eBay, but before that, they made it super difficult. I got my money back, but only after I opened a case and then told them I'd escalate it if they didn't return the money.
