    No. The picture looks like a rain jacket and the description states ‘rain jacket ‘ and ‘waterproof’ - Turns out this is a windbreaker NOT a rain jacket. It’s a nylon fabric with no DWR and not seam taped. Also had to connect with the buyer after two weeks, and eBay after purchasing the product to get the product sent. Not sure what the hold up was. Also was a rip off on shipping, after liking up in USPS should have only cost about $5 to ship - Not $18.
