    I purchased an engine for my Stihl MS170 and it arrived defective, showing only 75 PSI compression instead of 150+. It was also damaged from poor packaging. I provided proof, yet the seller only offered $17 instead of a full refund. Completely unacceptable. I had to buy another engine elsewhere due to poor quality control, bad packaging, and lack of support. Very disappointed in both product and service.
