Unfortunately, it took more than a week to get the PC back due to "staff shortages" and "bank holiday delays". When it arrived this evening, I fired it up only to find that it has issues with Windows updates. Also, it cannot upgrade to Windows 11, meaning that it will be unsupported in around 6 weeks. A cheap PC if it had a longer useful life but expensive for 6 weeks

The seller quickly sent a returns document and replaced it with another after the faulty one arrived back at their premises. Quality of the replacement was better than the original, as well as having a nice appearance. The value of my purchase was well worth dealing with this vendor, great communication throughout this issue. Top eBay vendor A++++++++++++++++
