    Bought a costume that came in the wrong size, looked worn/shrunk. Contacted seller same day, but she was rude, yelled in ALL CAPS, and told me to “read the description” and resell it myself. If it’s worth more, why not take it back? I never wore it, and her tone was condescending and unprofessional over $35. A paying customer deserves respect, not insults. Terrible attitude and zero customer service. Avoid this seller completely.

    The women is lying and soon she will be out of EBAY for false accusation.She bought a brand new with tags kids costume,she did not read the description that says "no refundable ",it didn't fit her child and she demands return.She had buyer's remorse and decide to abuse the system instead of taking responsibility for order wrong size. Her dishonest made her to take a picture after they tried on and smash it into the package saying that it look "worn/shrunk".No "ALL CAPS" also another proved lie .
