    These tablets daily dosage is 3000 mcg, which is 100% stronger than last brand I tried. Only one tablet per day vs 2 for the previous. My naturapath recommended vit a for my eye issues. Have to be careful with some nutrients as too much can be as much a problem as not enough. Generally this seller is one of my favourites.
