      Purchased Item 6 days ago, Seller did not respond to any of my 6 Emails, after 6 days he said that he had problems with receiving emails from EBay.. and would ship Mon Morning the 7th day, still hasn't shipped Item Opened case and Purchased from another seller

      Unfortunately as noted we had an issue that caused us to not receive any notifications of items purchased or of member messages received. Once the issue was resolved (day 6) you asked for a full refund which was applied that day and we did not ship your order.All other buyers that were affected throughout the 6 day period during the outage were also emailed describing the situation and were understanding of the delay and were then notified on Monday evening their orders were shipped.
