    It seems like a mice part, a little over priced IMO. For me, I have to return it because it must fit a different firebird than I have. When held up to my firebird headstock, it is wider than the neck at the nut and overhang the sides of the headstock on both side s by the nut and just a little ways up the headstock about 1" from the nut on the bass side. The tip of the guard also has the hole placement off of where the gibson tip screw hole goes, look at the included pic of the headstock

    "It must fit a different Firebird than I have" Seriously, dude? Even if you only took the time to read the TITLE of the listing, you'd see that it says "for 1963-1965 Gibson Firebird" which is clearly NOT what you have.
