Seller did offer to take item back but given it was only a $10.00 item it wasn’t worth the time or effort. Gave seller opportunity to give other options (partial refund, credit, etc.) but seller never responded. Not about the money but more about principle. Glad it was not a high dollar item. The card was significantly more stained than posted sales picture. Really calls sellers ethics into question
