I reached out the carrier service and they said the package was not given by the shipper and it is not possible like what I told by the shipper, which the package was not scanned when the carrier took it. I have to wait until the day ebay need to be involved to get my refund. I don't know how this seller works, but I hope this will not be happening to others again.
