    The seller marked the item as shipped within the one-day handling time they advertise, but it took several days for my order to be mailed (ordered on Monday, received by USPS on Friday). I sent a quick, polite note during the week asking about the status of the package, but they never replied. Although the item arrived as described, I was disappointed with the customer service. Unexpected delays are understandable but I would have appreciated at least a response or an accurate handling time.

    I looked into this and according to the tracking, you purchased on Monday, November 27th, the item was shipped Wednesday, November 29th, and was delivered Monday, December 3rd. I am sorry I missed your message in the middle of the week but I always try my best to get items to the buyers in a quick fashion. 1 week from time of purchase to delivery at your door is not unreasonable in my opinion but I respect yours as well.
