I thought the product was faulty and they even told me how to diagnose my truck so the product works! My truck needed the fuse changed for the ECM! They told me change it out so you can have power for the plug! They are awesome 10 stars! They even offered to send me a return label! But no reason to return it it works great!!! 10 stars!!! I have a 2014 peterbilt 367 & it works great on it all the codes are gone and reads and diagnoses

Doesn't connect to any vehicles that shares the 12 pin connector, comnector seemd to be too small fornthe pin ports, and has a error screen on 1 i was able to connect to. OBD 1 and 2 work as designed.
