Covers are firmly attached with no splitting or cracking of hinges. The binding is in very good plus condition with some very light soil. Pages are tightly bound (404 pages) with some expected toning/foxing. Most of the pages show very light foxing. The pages are hand laid paper. No writing in book and no signs of previous ownership. Book is in very good condition.”
