Seller Notes: “These large Parcel Post Official stamps have been issued in sheets of two stamps specifically for ... “These large Parcel Post Official stamps have been issued in sheets of two stamps specifically for the King's Habibullah Khan usage on his heavy mail/parcels but possibly also given to other royal family members and Officials within the King's palace. These were FREE FRANKING and NO WEIGHT LIMIT stamps. Left stamp in sheet is Type I (thinner and more rays), right stamp is Type II (fewer and wider rays), see Scott catalogue. These stamps are not known used given the very limited quantities printed but also given they were only valid for internal usage and the very limited number of officials that had access to them.This pair is in Mint NEVER HINGED condition, which adds to it's RARITY.”
