    The seller sent the wrong item and refused to accept responsibility. They would only offer a partial r3fund because they did not want to cover the cost for me to return the item. I had to file a claim with ebay to receive a full refund since the seller refused to cover the cost of shipping to return the item. This has been the worst experience I' have had using ebay.
