    The item arrived super fast -- within 2-3 days. It took awhile to get the modem set up, and I needed to call CenturyLink 4-5 times, but in the end, they were able to configure it. It works fine. Item was described as NEW -- "brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in the original packaging". It was not. The box was from a different retail product, beat up and taped together. But it's just the box -- the modem works fine.

    Seller listed a modem/router as brand new. It was not brand new in unopened, original/manufacturer packaging. In addition, it is missing the ac adapter which the description did not specify. I contacted the seller and he blamed me for “assuming” a BRAND NEW modem came with an ac adapter. Unlike printers, modems do not have a universal power supply and therefore BRAND NEW modems do in fact come with ac adapters.
