Item was described as NEW -- "brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in the original packaging". It was not. The box was from a different retail product, beat up and taped together. In addition, it is missing the ac adapter which the description did not specify. I contacted the seller and he blamed me for “assuming” a BRAND NEW modem came with an ac adapter.
