Watchmaker said the gear was machined a little too thin and had to make extra changes in the movement for the gear to function properly. Extra charges. Contacted seller but no acknowledgment. My handling time is up to 6 business days, as it says in the listing. This is how I offer free shipping, as I ship in bulk to reduce the price. There are currently significant shipping delays with USPS due to weather and whatever, I can't control that. As for your watchmaker, their inability to troubleshoot is disappointing. We are dealing with 1960's mass production CNC tolerances, which are huge. I've got troubleshooting videos in the description.
