poor at packaging! sending cups out with poor packing, 1st cup was smashed. seller sent a replacement out which was also smashed in transit. All they had to do was double up the box with bubble wrap. Rather than just send it with the box it came from the manufacture, in a grey bag. Seller gave a refund in the end.
