    If it were possible to leave less than 1 star for seller communication, I would. Bought the item and never heard from the seller again. When it hadn't shipped for a few days, I inquired when it would ship (it was a bday present). Messaged seller multiple times and they wouldn't get back to me. ITEM NEVER SHIPPED. Opened a case, seller still never responded and eBay had to step in to refund. More than happy to leave a terrible review - wasted my time and caused a lot of frustration for nothing!
