The unit had no identifying model label, a tampered or replacement case, and failed to run Windows 11 as advertised. The SSD was loose in the bottom of the case. After I refused their offer to keep the system for $20, they eventually agreed to a full refund. This was a bait-and-switch. They should not be allowed to continue selling under false pretenses. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!
