I had truly thought it was unlocked for this reason. If there was an issue of any sort at all, I'm not sure why you would prefer leaving feedback than asking me for help. I never received a message from you at all, nor was given the chance at all to resolve the issue. Had you asked, I would have gladly done all I can to resolve the problem.
