It looks to be of similar quality to OEM and seems to have fixed the no forward issue with the mower. Not having to shell out upwards of $500 for a brand new transmisson is great value for the money. It matches right up with the mounting holes on the existing unit and is a perfect match. Shipping was timely, unit was well packaged. Highly recommended AAAA++++
