    Did not even bother to put it in a box.. simply wrapped the paper and foil heater tube in clear plastic wrap and slapped a label on it.. of course it arrived damaged and flattened on one end. I was able to use it but not enough to do both sides like it’s supposed to…. I ordered the same item before from the same vendor and it came safely packaged in a box.. I’m not a happy customer this time. Do better!!
