I made my flavour choices clear MULTIPLE times—they sent completely wrong items, were extremely rude and eventually just ignored every message. Marked as shipped days before it actually was. No reply, accountability, no resolution. They’ve taken my money and vanished. Appalling service, dishonest conduct, and total disrespect for the customer. Avoid this seller like the plague—eBay should permanently ban them from the platform. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! A return label was provided to make the process easier, but you declined to return the goods — which total over $300 — and instead directed abusive language toward our team.Follow-up from: n***y- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller is now outright lying to cover their incompetence. I NEVER used abusive language—only asked for a courier to pick up the items as I can’t access a post office, which is a reasonable request. They did NOT send the flavours I requested despite clear instructions multiple times, and I have all evidence to prove it. This is blatant defamation and gaslighting. Refusing to own their mistake, then lying about the customer? Disgusting. Do not trust this seller—they are dishonest and manipulative.
