Communication was very rude. I return this item and had to go through PayPal before they would start answering my messages again. I’m still waiting on my refund but I will end up getting it sooner or later. Customer service has more to be the desired, but the hat was in, good quality.

customer wanted free shipping for a return and it clearly states buyer pays shipping on all returns. We have to receive all returns before we can issue a refund buyer was upset once he returned the hat that he didn't get his refund immediately so he file a claim which was unnecessary we always refund unless the item wasn't return as sent out. We offer free shipping on all exchanges once the item has been return
