Rather than reaching out to the seller and going through the return shipping and replacement process, the defective timer was disassembled and inspected. Manufacturing defect found and repaired. Switch works perfectly now :) These timers are a true value for the price :) Well engineered in China. I use this timer on an exhaust fan in the basement for a 4 hour operation. Perfect application !!!! A++ seller too :)

Unlike a lot of these types of switches, it has no colored leads, just very substantial screw down lugs. I like this. You get a good, solid connection, versus braided wire leads that can be difficult to splice into a solid copper wire splice points. I also appreciate the wattage capacity, that I needed to control my in-wall heater. It works very well!!
