    I had to pay more for the product as well as pay for shipping since it was difficult to find. When I received it, it was marked as being the shade that I had ordered but the actual color was two shades darker. They said they would refund the item and I asked if they would cover the shipping since I had to pay the shipping to get the item and they refused. If I return I will have spent $10.00 for nothing. It was their fault for sending the incorrect item. It isn't fair.
