Hello,I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. I am not sure why you believe we lied when we sent you the tracking for the package and it showed that it shipped on time. The post office lost your package and we refunded you as soon as they stated as such. I am sorry you had a bad experience with shipping. I wish I had control over that.

I contacted the seller and within hours received a refund for the cost and shipping for the pair not received. ( I am guessing they ran out in the short time between the time I ordered and the order got picked & shipped) .Communication could have been better- But Response time as exceptionally good . description was also good.
