Motobikecar nos dedicamos a la venta de productos “NUEVOS”.

Es por ello que únicamente aceptaremos la devolución de artículos que sean devueltos en ese estado, no aceptamos la devolución de artículos “USADOS”.

Se pueden dar varios casos dependiendo de cómo se recibe el artículo:

* Si está en perfectas condiciones, con los adhesivos, etiquetas y envoltorios originales, le haremos el reembolso del 100% de su valor.

* Si los adhesivos, etiquetas o envoltorios están estropeados, se hará el reembolso del 80% de su valor.

* Si el artículo presenta muestras de haber sido usado o manipulado, le mandaremos un mensaje para enviarle el paquete de vuelta. El cargo de los gastos de transporte correrán a cuenta del comprador.

Si usted realiza una nueva compra de mas de 100 euros, los GASTOS DE LA DEVOLUCIÓN son GRATUITOS para usted. Nosotros nos encargamos de enviar a la empresa de transporte a recoger el paquete a la dirección de entrega por defecto, u otra determinada por usted con la suficiente antelación. Deberá comunicarnos que quiere hacer otra compra y el momento a partir del cual el paquete esté listo para ser recogido.

Si no quiere realizar otra compra, usted puede enviar el paquete de la devolución por la empresa de transporte que prefiera o puede optar por el SERVICIO DE RECOGIDA SI ESTÁS DENTRO DE LA PENÍNSULA.
